This depends on what you’re treating. Chronic pain or illness might require frequent treatment initially with the intention of pushing your appointments out further and further until you reach maintenance mode. All our therapists are very well trained to guide you through this process to accommodate your individual needs and preferences.

Yes! We accept insurance claims, NDIS and Aged Care plans.

Yes! All Thrive modalities are covered by Private health insurance except for Bowen Therapy. Please check with your insurer to confirm what rebates you are eligible for.

Yes! In fact remedial massage and chiropractic services are the ideal combination. We recommend massaged first to ease tension and loosen the muscles allowing for a smoother, more effective chiropractic adjustment with longer-lasting results.

When you schedule both services at one time, you’ll enjoy $10 off your massage. Choose the massage duration that suits you (30, 45, or 60 minutes) and pair it with either a standard 15-minute or extended 30-minute chiropractic appointment.

At Thrive, we understand that life happens — your time is valuable, and so is ours.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us on (08) 9478 3869 with at least 48 hours’ notice. Reception is open 9am till 7 pm .

💳 Cancellation Fees & Deposits

• A 50% cancellation fee applies if less than 48 hours’ notice is provided.
• Minimum cancellation fee is $50, even if 50% of the service is less.
• This fee is payable at the time of cancellation.
• For online bookings, your 50% deposit will be automatically forfeited if the appointment is cancelled late.
• If you booked by phone or in person, a payment link will be sent to settle the cancellation fee.

• Cancellations via text or email are not accepted.

We appreciate your understanding — late cancellations make it difficult for us to offer the time to another client, and our therapists rely on a fully booked schedule for their livelihood.

To reschedule your appointment for any reason, please call the centre on 9478 3869. Late cancellations and rescheduling (within 48 hours of your appointment) are subject to a $50 late fee.

For most treatments, loose, comfortable clothing is fine. For Remedial massage treatments, our practitioners use an all natural, Australian owned oil blend and so it is best to remove clothing (except for underwear) and use the towels provided to cover yourself. If you have any concerns about this, please speak to our therapists and we can tailor our treatment to suit you. We are respectful of all cultures. You can remain fully clothed in our Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers.

We are unable to determine your private health insurance rebate prior to your appointment. To determine your rebate amount, please contact your private health insurer directly. They can provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information based on your individual circumstances.
