I went in for a remedial massage today after completing my first triathlon yesterday! Satya provided an excellent relaxing massage that has eased my muscle soreness and tension. I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud! Highly recommend ☺️

Extremely happy with my first appointment and comprehensive advise on how our muscles and bones work together and the recommended exercises and information material provided.
My wife has a more delightful story, where she was experiencing severe neck pains to the extent that it cost her an important exam, on 2 occasions. She attended some massage parlours inclusive of deep therapy on 2 occasions but sadly to no relief of pain.
Her first visit to thrive was an absolute game changer which relieved off her pain and with the confidence gained she passed her exam.

Trained and knowledgeable staff. Liam in particular has been fabulous in the way he goes about assisting manage all the niggles and pain.
