On Sundays we are opening our gorgeous centre to groups of 4 to 10 people to come and relax and indulge in all that Thrive has to offer. You can book remedial massage, reflexology or hyperbaric chamber session for your guests to enjoy. Our lounge area is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy some nibbles and drinks and while groups of guests enjoy their treatments. I came to Michelle with my neck problems. She is a very professional and passionate practitioner. She asked questions to figure out the best treatment plan to ensure every treatment I was comfortable with. My neck problems has feel relief now and less tight with some stretches tips to do at home. I feel my massage is really enjoyable. Definitely will be back for more sessions!
