Bring your kids along to join Bryan for a fun and interesting yoga class that will assist to calm busy minds, bring a  feeling of balance and being centred.

The stretching and gentle movements can help with growing pains and in prevention of sport related injuries.

Starts the first week of of each school term, and will run on each Wednesday for 10 weeks, at 4pm for a 45 minutes class.

$100 for 10 Sessions  or can be booked per single class (please call to book single sessions).

5 – 14 year olds welcome.
